Every bowl at Komodo passes through trained hands. Our masters learned the craft in Bali, under some of the world's most decorated Russian shisha specialists. A discipline obsessed with heat, timing, and the line between smoke and steam. Years of practice for what looks, at the table, like ten unhurried minutes.
